Brian at Twin Ports is incredibly knowledgeable with great follow through. Whats most impressive is his customer service after the sale. I called him on saturday of memorial day weekend with a concern that i smelled gas. It turned out the leak was my regulator going into the house, nothing to do with the recent generator installation. He left to pickup a new regulator and installed it at 7:30pm the same day. Cant recommend him enough

I live in NW rural Wisconsin , Burnett county, and finding a dependable and trustworthy dealer for technical products like Home standby generator was difficult. I found Twin Ports energy system after failing to get a timely , dependable quote from a more distant dealer out to Minneapolis/St Paul. It took a 2nd call to Generpac customer service to find Brian Johnson from Twin port Energy . I was very happy with Brian's prompt response for a quote the same day I reacted out!. He was very knowledgable about the product and how to maintain the standby generator over time . He gave me confidence in the product and his companies ongoing support after the purchase including annual service check up and oil change maintenance for a worry free experience. Those commitments made a big difference in my decision to buy. Brian took care of everything including coordination with power company for electrical installation ,and careful ground digging tasks on installation day.I would recommend Brian and his company for anyone in NW Wisconsin wanting a home stand by generator.

Installation was just completed on my 22kw generator. Brian was a pleasure to work with. He is a man of his word. Follow through was excellent. Installation was clean and neat. He explained, in detail, how all the features of the unit work. I will recommend him to anyone who asks.
